Welcome to PantryPal Next ("App"), operated by Mohsin Ali ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using PantryPal Next, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using PantryPal Next, you represent that you have read and understood these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU) to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. Restrictions include no copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized commercial use of the App.
4. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS)
These Terms are between you and Mohsin Ali, not Apple. Apple has no obligation for maintenance or support.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service. Prohibited content includes unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
7. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Paid features are handled via the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are subject to platform policies.
8. Advertising
Free versions display ads. Personalized ads require consent. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
9. Intellectual Property
All App content and design are owned by Mohsin Ali. Feedback provided gives us a perpetual license to incorporate it.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
Integrations with Firebase, AdMob, etc., are subject to their own terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Mohsin Ali against claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
14. Account Termination & Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes should first be addressed informally via Pantrypalnext@gmail.com.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify Terms at any time with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. General Provisions
Includes Entire Agreement, Severability, No Waiver, and Force Majeure clauses.
